Traditional roots, digital future
From classroom to clear results, in three steps.
- 01
Classroom
Your coaching starts where it always has: classroom teaching, printed papers and OMR sheets. Examlytics works alongside that, so nothing has to change on day one.
- 02
Online tests
Students take timed tests on a computer, just like the real exam. All your teachers share one question bank, and live proctoring keeps every test fair.
- 03
Insights
We track every question a student opens, skips or gets stuck on. Teachers see which topics need work, not just the final score.
Not just a test. A rank-raising machine.
Rank Lab: your rank, forecast
Take full-length papers and see where you'd land on the real exam scale, what's costing you marks, and the plan to win them back.
Mistake-based retests
A fresh test built from your own wrong answers and weak topics.
AI that explains every miss
A guess and a concept gap stop looking the same.
The real exam screen
Same layout, palette and shortcuts as NTA. No surprises on exam day.
Strict proctored mode
Fullscreen enforced, tab-switches caught, strikes counted.
Works offline
Keep testing through patchy internet. Syncs when it returns.
One platform, every role
Admins, faculty and students each get their own view, with a separate bank and roster per institute and branch.
Most platforms hand you a score. Rank Lab hands you a rank, and the way up.
Take full-length papers and Rank Lab turns them into your expected percentile and rank on the real exam scale, finds exactly where your marks are leaking, and builds the plan to win them back. No guesswork, no generic advice.
- Expected percentile and rank, from your own papers
- Your biggest mark leaks, ranked by what you can win back
- A target, the gap to it, and a plan to close it
Unlocks after your first full-length paper. Gets deeper from your 4th.

Question bank
Every exam’s own syllabus. Every PYQ, free forever.
Official previous year papers, sourced straight from NTA and NBEMS, are free for every student. Each exam’s taxonomy is mapped to its current syllabus, so nobody wastes time on chapters that have been dropped.
Sourced properly, not scraped.
The bank draws from each exam’s own official papers and answer keys, with explanations written by our own faculty rather than bulk-imported from copyrighted PYQ compilations.
Answer a question, mark it, jump around. Watch what Examlytics learns from every save.

How we worked this out⌄
Students. 38.2 lakh: official 2025 registrations for JEE Main (15.4 lakh) and NEET UG (22.8 lakh). Most also sit JEE Advanced, BITSAT, state CETs and others as backups, so we do not add those, to avoid counting the same student twice. The slider is how many of them switch.
Mock tests: 48 a year. A serious aspirant at a coaching institute sits about one mock or sectional test a week through the prep year. Not every student is in coaching, so use the slider as a share of this group.
Printing and scanning: ₹15.50 a test. A full-length paper is roughly a 24-page booklet, so 12 sheets printed on both sides at about ₹1 a sheet, plus an OMR answer sheet and vendor scanning. That is 13 sheets per test.
Logistics: ₹2.50 a test. Packing, stationery, moving papers between branches and storing them until results are final.
Staff time: 3.5 minutes a test. Setting up, scanning, fixing misread bubbles, re-keying, answer-key disputes and compiling rank lists. We price it at ₹200 an hour, a blended admin and faculty cost (roughly ₹35,000 a month over 176 working hours).
Practice sheets (DPPs): 660 a year. Three subjects a day over about 220 study days, at ₹1.50 a sheet to print and half a minute of staff time to print, sort and hand out.
With Examlytics. Tests and practice sheets are assigned and marked automatically, so staff time falls to about 0.1 minutes a test and 0.02 minutes a sheet, and printing, scanning and logistics drop to zero.
Trees. About 8,333 sheets of paper per tree, a widely used estimate.
Please read this as an estimate. These are modelled figures for a typical coaching routine, not published statistics, and real institutes will differ. They show what the paper route costs, not a guaranteed saving: Examlytics subscription fees are not deducted, because they depend on the plan an institute chooses.
